Chemical and anti-caking agent free, Rapadura Sugar (panela) is pressed sugar cane juice that has had the moisture removed by evaporation. This allows it to retain its natural molasses and retains its vitamins and minerals.
It has a delicate caramel flavour and can replace your more traditional sugar in cooking or to sweeten your tea and coffee.
