Organic coconut Sugar is the crystallised nectar of the coconut palm. It has a distinct caramel taste similar to brown sugar, and can replace regular sugar easily.
It's also considered the most sustainable sweetener in the world by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the World Bank. This is because it uses less soil and water than other sugars, and produces more sugar per acre.
