Otway Pasta Company Gluten-Free Fusilli is made by a small family owned pasta manufacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria.
They use the finest quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an exceptionally flavoursome, nutritious, delicious pasta. The free-range eggs are sourced locally from two family farms. Lastly they add some Victorian Organic Olive Oil and a little salt.
Ingredients: White Rice Flour, whole "true" free range chicken eggs, tapioca flour, lupin flour, Organic Olive Oil, Xanthan Gum, Olssons Salt and Filtered Water.
