Turkish apricots are dehydrated whole then pitted, sweet, juicy and vibrant in colour, they make a great school lunchbox snack. Adding moisture to them will bring them back to life and will compliment both sweet and savoury dishes. Use as a base flavour for cakes, tarts and pies. Also a great addition to Moroccan or Harissa spiced dishes like tagines and stews made with lamb, chicken or chickpeas.
