Nova from Sprout Landscapes was lovely enough to share her tasty muesli recipe this month. Add yoghurt and stewed fruit, eat by the handful or if you're feeling generous share with your fam & friends.
2 cups of mixed chopped nuts (personal favourites, cashews macadamias, almonds, walnuts)
Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and coconut flakes until ya got a bit of colour through it!
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 TBSP Coconut oil
1/4 cup sweetener- honey or rice syrup (I’ve would recommend a mixture of both)
Mix all dry ingredients together ( i added extra nuts cause I like it nuttyyyy)
Add liquid goodness and spread into a baking pan lined with baking paper to save ya elbow grease washing up!
Bake at 100 mixing every 5 minutes or so and once it’s slightly golden all over take it out cause it’ll keep cooking!
For a stickier more cluster like mixture added more sweet liquid gold
