Choc Hot X Buns

2 cups almond meal
1 cup millet flour
Pinch celtic seas salt
1/2 tsp bi carb soda
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Zest of 1 orange
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
3 tsp linseeds
3 tsp water 
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp clove powder
3/4 cup sultanas
1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate
1. Pulse linseeds into a high powered food processor to turn them into linseed meal. 2. Add the water and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together almond meal, millet flour, salt, bi carb, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, sultanas and chocolate.
4. In a small bowl mix coconut oil, rice malt, zest, vanilla bean paste and linseed mixture.
5. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, roll into 12 evenly sized hot cross bun shaped parcels.
6. Decorate with a basic flour/water for the cross and bake at about 170 for about 25 mins
