Choc-Beetroot Brownie

200g beetroot

175g butter

200g dark chocolate drops

3 eggs

½ cup flour of choice

½ cup raw organic cacao powder

1 cup walnuts

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

½ tsp cinnamon



 1) Place beetroot in a food processor and finely chop

2) Place beetroot, butter & dark chocolate drops until melted in a saucepan on low

3) Take off heat slightly cool and whisk in eggs

4) Mix in flour of choice, raw cacao powder, walnuts, nutmeg & cinnamon

5) Pour into a pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
