Basil & Rocket Pesto

Ingredients:

1.5 cups basil

¾ cup of pine nuts toasted

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup nutritional yeast

big pinch celtic salt

big handful rocket

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend (you can process this until smooth, or leave it a bit crunchy if you like)
